Philosophy

A slow-burn, full body sculpt class that blends sculpting strength with grounding mindful movement. This mat Pilates focuses on alignment, improving posture, building deep muscle activation, especially through the core, glutes, and legs. Expect flowing transitions, holds, and focused breath to awaken deep core strength and create a sense of balance, ease, and inner heat.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable movement-friendly clothing and grip socks. Clients are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies throughout class.

Will Pilates help tone my body?

Yes. Slow Burn Sculpt is designed to create long, lean muscle tone through a slow-burn, full-body approach that blends strength work with grounding, mindful movement.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for both safety and hygiene.

Is the studio scent-free?

Out of consideration for clients and instructors with sensitivities, we kindly ask that strong perfumes and scents not be worn to class, helping us maintain a calm, grounded space.

Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?

Not at all. This class is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and body awareness over time, regardless of your starting point.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all class cancellations. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will be charged the full class fee.
