Danica is a certified Pilates instructor and the heart behind Awakened Pilates Studio. Her practice is rooted in the belief that your body is designed to feel good and that through the Pilates method, you can align not only your physical body, but your emotional and energetic selves as well.
She founded Awakened Pilates to create a space where clients feel supported, encouraged, challenged, and genuinely cared for. Every session in her studio is built on conscious awareness of mind, body, and breath — and the transformative power of weaving them together.

Danica teaches from a place of passion and deep conviction. Whether you’re in a group reformer class or a private session, her focus is always the same: helping you awaken to your best self and your most inspired life.

She continues to train and grow in her practice, bringing fresh perspectives and renewed energy to every class she teaches.
