Our Private Sessions offer a personalized, one-on-one Pilates equipment experience tailored specifically to your body, goals, and individual movement needs. Whether you are brand new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, looking to deepen your technical understanding, or wanting a more athletic and customized challenge, private training allows for focused attention and intentional progression.
These sessions are designed to help clients build a deeper connection to their bodies while improving strength, mobility, alignment, stability, posture, and overall movement quality.
