FAQ
I've never done Pilates before. Where should I start?

Right here! This is our dedicated beginner class, where you'll learn the basics of the Reformer, foundational Pilates principles, and how to move safely and confidently before joining our regular group classes.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a full-body movement practice performed on specialized equipment called a Reformer. Using springs and resistance, it helps build strength, tone, mobility, balance, stability, and deep core connection while remaining low-impact and supportive on the joints.

What if I'm nervous for my first class?

That's completely normal, and you are not alone. Starting something new can feel intimidating, but our studio environment is welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. This class is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and excited from the moment you walk through the door.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for both safety and hygiene.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive about 5–10 minutes before your first class so you have time to settle in, get oriented to the space, and meet your instructor before we begin.
