FAQ
Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?

Not at all. Pilates is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, posture, and body awareness over time. Many clients begin this class feeling tight or stiff and quickly notice major improvements.

How do I know which class level is right for me?

Essential Foundation is a great place to build a strong base, with focused exercises that improve alignment, posture, and core strength. If you're new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with Intro to Pilates on the Reformer first so you feel confident with the equipment.

How often should I do Pilates?

Consistency is key. Many clients begin with 2–3 classes per week and notice significant improvements in strength, posture, mobility, body awareness, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Are shoes required?

Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the studio. Grip socks are required for all classes, for both safety and hygiene.

Is Pilates only for women?

Not at all. Pilates is for everybody and every body. Our clients range in age, experience, fitness background, and goals, and this class supports strength, mobility, and overall wellness for everyone.
