The Essential Flow Class is designed for clients who are ready to pick up the pace and experience a more dynamic, flowing approach to the Pilates equipment while still staying rooted in essential Pilates principles. This class blends mindful movement with athletic conditioning to create a workout that is energizing, challenging, and fun. Through fluid transitions and thoughtfully layered exercises, clients deepen their understanding of movement patterns, body awareness, and how the body is designed to move.
With a quicker pace than our Essential Foundation Class, clients should feel comfortable adjusting springs, straps, and the footbar independently before joining.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and grip socks. Clients should already feel confident navigating the Pilates equipment and transitioning independently between exercises.
