FAQ
Will Pilates help tone my body?

Yes. Booty Burn is a lower-body-focused class designed to sculpt, lift, and strengthen your glutes and legs, while still building overall posture, stability, and core strength.

Is Pilates only for women?

Not at all. Pilates is for everybody and every body. Booty Burn supports strength, mobility, and athletic performance for clients of all genders, ages, and fitness backgrounds.

How often should I do Pilates?

Many clients begin with 2–3 classes per week and notice significant improvements in strength, tone, and overall wellbeing with consistent practice.

Do you use equipment other than the Reformer?

Yes. In addition to the Reformer, our studio incorporates the Stability Chair and Cadillac into select classes and private sessions, offering greater variety in how we target and challenge the lower body.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and we can begin on time.
